During my recent romantic escape to Birmingham, I chose to stay at the Hotel at Conference Aston, situated within the peaceful surroundings of the Aston University campus. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish new minimalist bedrooms, which were both spacious and adorned with tasteful decor, providing a perfect blend of comfort and modernity. The highlights included a luxurious double bed, a clean and well-equipped en suite bathroom, and a delightful view of the tranquil courtyard-an oasis amidst the bustling city. While the location of the hotel made it easy to explore Birmingham's vibrant life, accessing nearby attractions like the famed Bullring shopping centre was just a leisurely stroll away. Though I encountered a few minor annoyances, such as corridor noise that might disturb light sleepers, I could easily overlook them due to the overall ambience of the hotel. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Hotel at Conference Aston serves as a serene refuge, complemented by excellent local produce available in the main restaurant and the friendly demeanor of the front desk staff. It's an invitation back to Birmingham that I happily accept.
